 Job Summary


As a Senior Associate in Corporate Branding & Communications, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and maintaining the brand image and communication strategy of our organization. You will be responsible for developing and executing branding initiatives, managing internal and external communications, and supporting various marketing and public relations activities. Your strategic thinking, creativity, and excellent communication skills will contribute to building a strong brand presence and enhancing our reputation across social media platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok and other media platforms.

 Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engage with the target audience on platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok. Collaborate with the Human Resources team to align social media activities with overall marketing campaigns.

2. Content Creation: Create engaging and compelling content tailored to each social media platform. Develop and manage the content calendar and collaborate with 
cross-functional teams to gather information and create visually appealing and shareable content, including images, videos, infographics, and written posts.

3. Community Management: Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Foster a positive brand 
image by engaging with followers, addressing concerns, and cultivating meaningful relationships.

4. Social Media Advertising: Collaborate with the Human Resources team to plan and execute targeted social media advertising campaigns. Utilize audience segmentation 
and analytics to optimize campaign performance and achieve desired objectives.

5. Media Relations: Cultivate and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers. Proactively pitch story ideas, manage media inquiries, and coordinate interviews. Monitor media coverage and prepare reports on media relations activities.

6. Employee Communications: Develop and implement internal communication strategies to inform and engage employees. Create compelling content for internal newsletters, intranet, town hall meetings, and other communication channels. Support leadership in delivering consistent messaging and promoting a positive 
company culture. Act as a key spokesperson during crisis situations, ensuring timely and accurate communication with stakeholders, media, and the public.

7. Influencer Marketing: Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers and industry experts to amplify brand reach and engagement. Develop and maintain relationships with influencers, negotiate partnerships, and track performance.

8. Brand Identity and Visuals: Ensure brand consistency across social media platforms by implementing the organization's brand identity, including logos, visual guidelines, 
and tone of voice. Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing social media assets.

9. Social Listening and Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging platforms. Monitor social media conversations related 
to the organization and its industry, and provide insights and recommendations based on the findings.

Requirement & Experience

  •  Minimum of 1 year of experience in corporate branding, communications, or related roles.
  •  Proven track record in developing and executing successful branding and communication strategies.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in using various communication and design tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, social media management platforms, and content management systems.
  •  Knowledge of current trends and best practices in branding, employee marketing activities, and public relations.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess data and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Experience in media relations is highly desirable.
